The challenge

The main challenge with Topcho was to build a strategy for their digital presence on budget. The strategy needed to promote the brand online and bring awareness while improving their sales numbers.

Key results

We embrased a strategy based on high-impact formats to showcase beanbags with beautiful designs. This approach, based on our experience with furniture companies, relied on advising the client to redesign their website and employing creative design in sync with the new website. We managed to nearly double revenue while on budget, increasing sales by 67%, and improving ROAS more than 6 fold.

The solution

Our comprehensive advertising strategy focused to numerically understand which messages and creative designs lead to higher user engagement and conversions. We eventually shifted out focus to social media and search which proved to have the cheapest costs per conversion and the broadest reach. We further complemented social and search ads by remarketing, achieving personalization at scale and promoting the right products at the right moment for a specific user.

Our design team experimented with numerous strategies on Facebook and Instagram and created attractive creative designs, supported by the brand messages to stimulate the audience to take specific actions. The messages were specifically targeted at different user groups based on location, interests, and demographic data. Across paid search, we carefully selected the keywords and phrases, considering the competitors’ activities, and optimizing for which keywords lead to sales. With a highly analytical approach to keywords and targeting, we were able to reach key audiences and lead them to convert.
